Andouille Grilled Cheese

A deliciously easy lunch for a cold day

  1. Cut sausage in half lengthwise and then cut each of those pieces in half. Spray a medium skillet with cooking spray.Saute peppers and sausage until cooked through and slightly caramelized, about 4-5 minutes.
  2. Build grilled cheese: butter one side of each piece of bread. Layer cheese, cooked peppers, and sausage. Grill in a skillet over medium heat until each side is golden, toasted, and crispy. Enjoy!
