BBQ Hawaiian Dogs

No matter how many variations we do on these tropical Aloha Chicken Sausages, we just keep coming back for more.

  1. Prepare salsa by mixing together pineapple, red onion, bell pepper, jalapeno, lime juice, cilantro, and salt.  Stir well, cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. Grill Aloha sausages, turning often, until desired doneness.  Brush each sausage with bbq sauce several times during the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
  3. Serve BBQ sausages on a bun topped with fresh pineapple salsa.  Enjoy!
