Fig & Feta Pita Sandwiches

A light, fast alternative to gyros or shawarma.

  1. Microwave Fig & Feta Sausage according to package directions.  Slice into ¼ inch pieces.
  2. Add a layer of spinach to each pita and top with sausages, cucumber, red onion.  Sprinkle with feta cheese. Drizzle with balsamic glaze, if desired.  Enjoy!
